Dr. Tiffany M. Bellamy, a dedicated mental health clinician and owner of TMB Behavioral Health Solutions, PLLC, specializes in counseling, therapy, and coaching, with expertise in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and sports psychology. With a warm and inviting approach, she creates environments where clients can confidently pursue their personal goals.
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Dr. Bellamy draws on her clinical psychology background to guide individuals through pivotal life moments, instilling hope and offering practical solutions for challenges related to depression, anxiety, and spiritual crises during life transitions. Passionate about fostering diversity and empowerment, she is committed to providing inclusive and supportive spaces for clients from all walks of life.

Dr. Tamara Denton, Ed.D., LCPC, CADC, CAMS-I, Qualified SAP, is a distinguished Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Master Addiction Counselor, and Certified Anger Management Specialist. Holding a Master's Degree in Family Sciences from Eastern Illinois University, she further solidified her expertise with a Doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology, emphasizing Counselor Education and Supervision from Argosy University.
Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at Aurora University and Grand Canyon University, Dr. Denton brings a compassionate approach to her students and clients alike. She firmly believes in delivering quality and comprehensive services to every client. With extensive experience in working with families affected by addiction and mental illness, Dr. Denton, a skilled Counselor and Educator, offers individual, family, couples, and marital counseling sessions. Her empowering environment fosters safety and security, allowing clients to confidently work towards achieving their goals..
